Whether you realize it or not, you are accountable to God!

Colossians 1:16 says:  “For through the Son everything was created, both in the heavenly realm and on the earth, all that is seen and all that is unseen. Every seat of power, realm of government, principality, and authority—it was all created through Him and for His purpose!” Read the last sentence again: it was all created through Him and for His purpose! Everything was created through the Lord Jesus Christ. Most people would agree that we are God’s creation. Most people do not have a problem with that. However, it doesn’t stop there. It also says that everything was also created for His purpose! That statement changes everything. If we were created FOR Him, then we are responsible and accountable to Him. Since we belong to Him, we answer to Him. Much of humanity is totally deceived in this. They think that they are not accountable to God. They believe that they can do anything they want and not be accountable for it. This is hypocritical if you think about it. Parents demand respect and accountability of their children. Schools call up the parents if the child acts up in school. If your dog bites someone, you’ll be sued because the dog belongs to you, right? Yet, we belong to God and His purposes, but we get offended because God holds us accountable for our words and actions. Look at what the prophet Isaiah said about this: “How foolish can you be? He is the Potter, and he is certainly greater than you, the clay! Should the created thing say of the one who made it,’He didn’t make me’? Does a jar ever say, ‘The potter who made me is stupid?” (Isaiah 29:16). Did you catch that? That is exactly what many are doing today? But always remember: “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap” (Galations 6:7). The truth is whether we accept it or not, we were made by Him, and we were also made for Him!

Ya sea que te des cuenta o no, ¡eres responsable ante Dios!

Colosenses 1:16 dice: “Porque por medio del Hijo todo fue creado, tanto en el reino celestial como en la tierra, todo lo que se ve y todo lo que no se ve. Cada asiento de poder, reino de gobierno, principado y autoridad, todo fue creado a través de él y para su propósito! ” Lee la última oración de nuevo: ¡todo fue creado a través de él y para su propósito! Todo fue creado a través del Señor Jesucristo. La mayoría de la gente estaría de acuerdo en que somos la creación de Dios. La mayoría de la gente no tiene un problema con eso. Sin embargo, no se detiene allí. ¡También dice que todo fue creado para Su propósito! Esa afirmación lo cambia todo. Si fuimos creados PARA Él, entonces somos responsables y le rendimos cuentas. Como le pertenecemos a Él, le respondemos. Gran parte de la humanidad está totalmente engañada en esto. Piensan que no son responsables ante Dios. Ellos creen que pueden hacer lo que quieran y no ser responsables por sus acciones. Somos hipócritas si pensamos de esta manera. Los padres exigen respeto y responsabilidad de sus hijos. Las escuelas llaman a los padres si los niños actúan de mala forma en la escuela. Si tu perro muerde a alguien, serás responsable y te llevaran a la corte porque el perro te pertenece, ¿verdad? Sin embargo, pertenecemos a Dios y sus propósitos, pero nos ofendemos porque Dios nos hace responsables de nuestras palabras y acciones. Mira lo que dijo el profeta Isaías sobre esto: ” ¡Qué modo de pervertir las cosas! Como si el barro fuera igual a aquel que lo trabaja. Un objeto no va a decir al que lo hizo: Tú no me hiciste,
ni una pieza de barro al que la fabrica: No sabes lo que estás haciendo.”(Isaías 29:16). ¿Captaste eso? ¿Eso es exactamente lo que muchos están haciendo hoy? Pero siempre recuerda: “No se dejen engañar, Dios no puede ser burlado, porque todo lo que el hombre siembra, también cosechará” (Gálatas 6:7). La verdad es si lo aceptamos o no, fuimos creados por Él, ¡y también fuimos hechos para Él!
