Many say that due to global warming, the earth will soon go through cataclysmic changes. Whether that is true or not, there are always horrible earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, tsunamis and other dangerous weather patterns in diverse regions that are capable of destroying entire cities and taking many lives. King David declared that ultimately, our only real, effective help comes God. When these frightful moments occur, nothing on earth \u00a0help might able to help you. But I’ve heard how God has supernaturally protected His people, even in the midst of seemingly impossible circumstances. Here is what King David said:\u00a0“<span class=\"chapter-2\"><span class=\"text Ps-46-1\">God <i>is<\/i> our refuge and strength,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"text Ps-46-1\">A\u00a0very present help in trouble.\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"en-NKJV-14617\" class=\"text Ps-46-2\">Therefore we will not fear,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text Ps-46-2\">Even though the earth be removed,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text Ps-46-2\">And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"en-NKJV-14618\" class=\"text Ps-46-3\">Though its waters roar <i>and<\/i> be troubled,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text Ps-46-3\">Though the mountains shake with its swelling. <i class=\"selah\">Selah”\u00a0<\/i><strong>Psalm 46: 1-3<\/strong>. Right now, you might be in a situation that is seemingly\u00a0impossible to resolve. Today God wants to remind you that He is your refuge and strength. He is present with you in your time of trouble. He is in the boat with you in the midst of the storm. He tells you today that you and Him TOGETHER will reach the other side! Be at peace…..He is your strong tower and anchor.
