Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

David understood the power of these two powerful truths! The first one was that God is a Good God who provides for every area of our lives. Number two is that He knew the importance of never forgetting the goodness of God. He would command his soul to “bless the Lord”. He would make sure that he “blessed” the Lord with everything within him. He knew that God had granted him many benefits. He knew that God is a loving God Who forgives and heals. Because of that, he said this: “Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.” Psalm 103:1-3. We now have the same opportunity to bless the Lord every day for His goodness in the land of the living. Never forget: He is worthy of our gratitude and praise. He is good, all the time!

Psalm 31:19 “Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!”

¡David conocía dos verdades poderosas! La primera era que Dios es un Dios bueno que provee para cada área de nuestras vidas. El número dos es que sabía la importancia de nunca olvidar la bondad de Dios. Él ordenaba a su alma a “bendecir al Señor”. Se aseguraba de “bendecir” al Señor con todo lo que estaba dentro de él. El sabía que Dios le había otorgado muchos beneficios. Sabía que nuestro Amado Dios nos perdona y nos sana. Por eso, dijo esto: “Bendice, alma mía, a Jehová; Y todo lo que hay dentro de mí, ¡bendice Su santo nombre! Bendice, alma mía, a Jehová, y no olvides ninguno de sus beneficios: el que perdona todas tus iniquidades, el que sana todas tus enfermedades”. Salmo 103: 1-3. Ahora tenemos la misma oportunidad de bendecir al Señor cada dia por su bondad en la tierra de los vivos. Nunca lo olvides: El es digno de nuestra gratitud y alabanza. Él es bueno, todo el tiempo!
