Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

The word “seek” means: to go in search of; to look for; to try to discover. It is an action word. When one seeks something, this means that there is something important that needs to be found. No one seeks unimportant things. They simply would not waste their time. This is why many do not seek the Lord. They have been deceived into thinking that He is not important, or that they do not need God. They can do everything by themselves. That is until they experience tragedy, misfortune, failures, etc. Then they realize that they need God. The same thing happened to Israel. They had not sought the Lord, and then great misfortune overtook them. It was then that they turned to the Lord. 2 Chronicles 15:4 states: “but when in their trouble they turned to the Lord God of Israel, and sought Him, He was found by them.” God is waiting for you to call upon Him with all of your heart. When you do, He will be there for you. Jeremiah 29:13 says: “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” You see, He is waiting for you to get serious about your relationship with Him. King David said this about his commitment to seeking God: In Psalms 27:8, King David said: “When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.” Are you seeking God with all of your heart. If not, what are you waiting for?

Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you”

Ellos creen que pueden hacer todo por sí mismos. Eso es hasta que experimentan una tragedia, una desgracia, una serie de fracasos, etc. Entonces se dan cuenta de que necesitan a Dios. Lo mismo le sucedió a Israel. No habían buscado al Señor, y entonces les sobrevino una gran desgracia. Fue entonces cuando se volvieron al Señor. 2 Crónicas 15: 4 dice: “pero cuando estaban en problemas se volvieron al Señor Dios de Israel, y lo buscaron, y fue encontrado por ellos”. Dios está esperando que lo llames con todo tu corazón. Cuando lo hagas, Él estará allí para ti. Jeremías 29:13 dice: “Y me buscarán y me encontrarán cuando me busquen con todo su corazón”. Verás, Él simplemente está esperando que tomes en serio tu relación con él. El rey David dijo esto acerca de su compromiso de buscar a Dios “Cuando dijiste:” Busca mi rostro “, mi corazón te dijo:” Tu rostro, Señor, buscaré. “(Salmos 27: 8) ¿Estás buscando a Dios con todo tu corazón? Si no, ¿qué estás esperando?

Mateo 6:33 “Mas buscad primeramente el reino de Dios y su justicia, y todas estas cosas os serán añadidas”
