Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

Humility is not a negative thing. There is power in humility. Moses was a man of great power and authority, yet, look at what Numbers 12:3 says about him: “Now the man Moses was very humble, more than all men who were on the face of the earth.” Jesus was known as a meek man, yet no one can dispute His awesome authority and power. Matthew 11:29 (Amplified) says this about Jesus: “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls.” Not even the grave could keep Jesus down. 1 Peter 5:6 confirms this truth: “Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.” Reject pride. It will destroy you. Follow the examples of Jesus and Moses. Humility and meekness is not weakness. It is controlled power.

James 4:6 & 10 “…..Therefore He says: ‘God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.’ Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up”

La humildad no es algo negativo. Hay poder en la humildad. Moisés era un hombre de gran poder y autoridad, sin embargo, mire lo que Números 12: 3 dice acerca de él: “Ahora el hombre Moisés fue muy humilde, más que todos los hombres que estaban sobre la faz de la tierra”. Rechaza el orgullo. porque ciertamente te destruirá. Sigue los ejemplos de Jesús y Moisés. La humildad y la mansedumbre no son debilidades. Es poder y autoridad bajo control.

Santiago 4: 6 y 10 “….. Por eso dice: ‘Dios resiste a los soberbios, pero da gracia a los humildes’. Humíllense a los ojos del Señor, y Él los levantará”
