Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

The word sin means: “Breaking God’s law; Missing the mark”. The Apostle John told the believers that he wrote God’s instructions to them so that they would not sin. This way, they would always have the proper wisdom and instructions to know how to live pleasing to God in their daily lives. 1 John 2:1 says: “My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous”. Note however that he also taught that if we do sin or miss the mark, our advocate, Jesus Christ would intercede for us before the Father. We have a righteous advocate that is ever interceding for us. Hebrews 7:25 says: “Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them”. Be comforted today and know that He is aware of the fact that you are doing your best to live righteously for His glory. Know also that provision has already been made when you sin and miss the mark. Just go before God in humility and ask for forgiveness. Your intercessor is seated on the right hand of the Father, so you are covered by His love and His blood. You don’t have to walk in guilt or condemnation. You are loved and forgiven!

La palabra pecado significa: “Romper la ley de Dios; Errar al blanco”. El apóstol Juan les dijo a los creyentes que les escribió las instrucciones de Dios para que no pecaran. De esta manera, siempre tendrían la sabiduría y las instrucciones adecuadas para saber cómo vivir agradablemente a Dios en sus vidas diarias. 1 Juan 2: 1 dice: “Hijitos míos, estas cosas os escribo para que no pequéis. Y si alguien peca, tenemos un Abogado con el Padre, Jesucristo el justo”. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que el también enseñó que si pecamos o fallamos, nuestro abogado, Jesucristo intercedería por nosotros ante el Padre. Tenemos un abogado justo que siempre intercede por nosotros. Hebreos 7:25 dice: “Por eso también puede salvar por completo[a] a los que por medio de él se acercan a Dios, ya que vive siempre para interceder por ellos”. Consuélese hoy y sepa que Él es consciente del hecho de que está haciendo todo lo posible para vivir rectamente para Su gloria. Sepa también que ya se han hecho provisiones cuando peca. Solo ve delante de Dios con humildad y pide perdón. Tu intercesor está sentado a la diestra del Padre, de modo que estás cubierto por su amor y su sangre. No tienes que caminar en la culpa o la condena. ¡Eres amado y perdonado!
