Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

The Apostle Paul instructed us to put on the full armor of God. Part of that armor is to put on protection on our feet which he describes as the preparation of the Gospel of peace. So we are to make sure that we are continually to be both studying God’s word so that we can effectively present and defend the Gospel, and we need to be walking in the peace that the Gospel provides. The Gospel message reveals the only avenue that provides peace between God and man. It is pivotal to realize that Paul said that our feet need to be covered with this part of the armor of God because feet are symbolic of our walk and life journey. Our lives should be revealing the Gospel and His peace every day of our lives. We are the light of the world, and light reveals everything in its environment. Put on the preparation of the Gospel of peace today and be that light that God called you to be in your sphere of influence!

Ephesians 6:15 “And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace”

El apóstol Pablo nos instruyó que nos pusiéramos la armadura completa de Dios. Parte de esa armadura es ponernos protección sobre nuestros pies, que él describe como la preparación del Evangelio de la paz. Así que debemos asegurarnos de que continuamente estudiemos la Palabra de Dios para poder presentar y defender el Evangelio con eficacia, y debemos caminar en la paz que el Evangelio proporciona. Es fundamental darse cuenta de que Pablo dijo que nuestros pies deben cubrirse con esta parte de la armadura de Dios, porque los pies son un símbolo de nuestro caminar y el camino de la vida. Nuestras vidas deberían estar revelando el Evangelio y su paz todos los días de nuestras vidas. El mensaje del Evangelio revela el único camino que proporciona la paz entre Dios y el hombre. Somos la luz del mundo, y la luz revela todo en su entorno. ¡Ponte hoy en la preparación del Evangelio de la paz y sé la luz que Dios te llamó para estar en tu esfera de influencia!
