Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

Righteousness is the gift of right standing before God. Romans 5:17 For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Righteousness is also righteous actions taken by God’s people as a result of living out God’s word on an every day basis, both in private, and in the public arena. It is something that we work out every day. Acts 10:35 – But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him. Working righteousness is when we have a choice to do our own will, or do God’s will, we choose to do the righteous thing and do that which God would want us to do. As we act righteous, we shun evil actions, whether or not it is to lose our temper, curse because we might be angry at the moment, do any kind of evil to your neighbor, etc. Instead, we do the right thing that would please God, bring restoration, produce peace, etc. We have the responsibility of working righteousness in our daily actions. Choose today to work righteousness, and let your light shine!

Ephesians 6: 14 (b) “….having put on the breastplate of righteousness”

La justicia de Dios es el don de ser declarado justo ante Dios. Romanos 5:17 Porque si por la ofensa de un solo hombre la muerte reinó por uno, mucho más aquellos que reciben la abundancia de la gracia y del don de la justicia reinarán en la vida por medio de Aquel, Jesucristo. Ser justo también incluye acciones justas que el pueblo de Dios practica como resultado de vivir la palabra de Dios todos los días, tanto en el ámbito privado como en el público. Es algo que hacemos diario. Hechos 10:35- Pero en toda nación el que lo teme y obra la justicia es aceptado por él. Obrar la justicia es cuando tenemos la opción de hacer nuestra propia voluntad, o hacer la voluntad de Dios. Elegimos hacer lo correcto y hacer lo que Dios quiere que hagamos. A medida que actuamos con rectitud, evitamos las acciones malvadas, ya sea ser ofendidos, maldecir porque estamos enojados en el momento, hacer cualquier tipo de mal a nuestro prójimo, etc. En cambio, hacemos lo que agrada a Dios, lo que traiga restauración, lo que produzca paz, etc. Tenemos la responsabilidad de obrar la justicia en nuestras acciones diarias. ¡Elige hoy para obrar la justicia y deja que tu luz brille!
