Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

Paul shared with the Ephesians that the goal of discipleship was to grow to maturity, and from that posture, we would be able to speak the truth to each other in love. Today, the only thing that people want to hear is what makes them happy, or only what they agree with. Paul said that in the last days, people would have itching ears: 2 Timothy 4:3-4 – For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. We are seeing this today. It’s time to grow up in Christ and put away anything that would turn one away from the truth. Jesus called Himself the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Let’s speak the truth in love, and help others to find The Truth who is our Lord Jesus Christ!

Ephesians 4:15 “Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ”

Pablo compartió con los Efesios que la meta del discipulado era crecer hasta la madurez, y desde esa postura, podríamos hablar la verdad el uno con el otro en amor. Hoy, lo único que la gente quiere escuchar es lo que los hace felices, o solo con lo que están de acuerdo. Pablo dijo que en los últimos días, las personas tendrían picazón en los oídos: 2 Timoteo 4: 3-4 – Porque llegará el tiempo en que no tolerarán la sana doctrina, sino según sus propios deseos, porque tienen picazón en los oídos, se apilarán para ellos mismos maestros; y apartarán a los líderes de la verdad, y se desviarán a las fábulas. Estamos viendo esto hoy. Es hora de crecer en Cristo y guardar todo lo que pueda alejarlo de la verdad. Jesús se llamó el Camino, la Verdad y la Vida. ¡Digamos la verdad en amor y ayudemos a otros a encontrar La Verdad que es Cristo Jesus!
