Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

King David learned about the things that could bring him down. One of those principles is to not walk with the ungodly. He refused to “stand in the path of sinners.” The Hispanics have a saying: “Tell me who you walk with, and I will tell you who you are.” There is a lot of truth to that. People can either encourage you and take you higher, or bring you down with them. There are those that bless you just by spending time with them. There are others that can outright depress you in 5 minutes, :-). It’s time to really take a hard look at who you are standing with. David did that, and he had an awesome life and legacy. El rey David aprendió acerca de las cosas que podrían derribarlo. Uno de esos principios es no andar en consejo de malos. Se negó a “estar en el camino de pecadores”. Los hispanos tienen un dicho: “Dime con quién andas y te diré quién eres”. Hay mucho de cierto en eso. Las personas pueden animarte y llevarte más alto o derribarte con ellos. Hay quienes te bendicen con solo pasar tiempo con ellos. Hay otros que pueden deprimirte completamente en 5 minutos, :-). Es hora de analizar detenidamente con quién andas. David hizo eso y tuvo una vida y un legado maravillosos. ¿Y tú?
