Victor Nazario is the senior pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Inc., a growing, vibrant church located in the Bronx, NY. Both he and his wife, Gwendolyn, desire to see people connect with Christ as well as grow and mature in the knowledge of God and His Word. Pastor Nazario was the event manager for the 1996 Promise Keepers Conference “Break Down The Walls” at Shea Stadium in New York City; overseeing nearly 2,500 volunteers from churches around the U.S. He has also served as co-chairperson for the New York City March for Jesus, chairperson for the Manhattan March for Jesus, co-chairperson for the Harlem Prayer March, and as the Northeast regional director for Promise Keepers. Pastor Victor holds a Doctorate in Ministry and is the author of a book titled Leaders in the New Millennium. Due to his unique speaking and teaching style, he is called on to share Godly principles on leadership and other themes at various conferences, seminars, and churches throughout the year.

When we are born again. we become part of the Body of Christ, the Ekklesia, the called out ones, the church. And as part of the Body, God connects us to a local family. The local church is comprised of imperfect people, who are working out their salvation day to day. The leaders are also going through their process of growing in their faith. And yet, It is mostly at the local church where the majority will be discipled. It is where we are sifted. Here is where God works on your idiosyncrasies, bad habits, bad attitudes, etc. Here is where God cuts us/circumcises us/ delivers us so that we can enter the new in the fullness of our calling. Here we will experience the pain of healing. Yes it hurts to be adjusted and corrected. It hurts to admit we have a problem and need help. Being part of a local church family will help you to grow in your faith, knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, to heal and establish you in your walk with God. Remember, God birthed the Church. Cuando nacimos de nuevo. pasamos a ser parte del Cuerpo de Cristo, la Ekklesia, la iglesia. Y como parte del Cuerpo de Cristo, Dios nos conecta con una familia local. La iglesia local está compuesta de personas imperfectas, que están ocupandose de su salvación día a día. Los líderes también están pasando por su proceso de crecimiento en su fe. Aquí experimentaremos sanidad interna. Sí, duele que nos ajusten y corrijan. Duele admitir que tenemos problemas y necesitamos ayuda. Ser parte de la iglesia local te ayudará a crecer en tu fe, conocimiento de las Sagradas Escrituras, y establecerte en tu relacion con Dios. Recuerdese, La Iglesia es creación de Dios, y como hijo/hija de Dios, eres parte integrante de la Iglesia!
