Are you troubling your house?

Today’s generation is taught by society to pursue riches and fame. This causes many to forsake their home and those who are important to them to pursue deceitful riches, not understanding that their true fortune is their home and family. Later on, after the world system has chewed them up and spit them out, they realize that they forsook what was really important, to chase after the wind. Most of what Hollywood and the entertainment industry pushes on us today is false, useless, lies, fallacy, and in many cases, wicked. Get back to what is really important: God, family, godly relationships and your true purpose. Anything else is chasing the wind; believe me, you cannot catch the wind!

Proverbs 11:29 – He who troubles his own house will be given the wind, and the foolish will serve those with a wise heart.

This will cause you to flourish!

The word trust means: an assured reliance on someone or something; One in which confidence is placed. In Proverbs 11:28, The proverbist reveals that the one who trusts in his riches will fall. When we place trust or confidence in riches, we are placing confidence on something that might be here today, but  gone tomorrow. Proverbs 23:5 -“In the blink of an eye wealth disappears, for it will sprout wings and fly away like an eagle”.

The righteous however, place their trust in the Lord. He is faithful, and His promises are worthy of trust. Refocus your trust in the Lord today. He will never fail you, and He will cause you to flourish!

Proverbs 11:28He who trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like foliage.
