Are you selfish, or selfless

Selfishness is part of your nature before you came to Christ. After you came to Christ, Selflessness became  part of your nature. The Lord Jesus could have chosen not to go to the cross. This would have eternally affected us. There would have been no hope. But because He decided to be selfless, and instead decided to die on the cross for you and me, we have an eternal hope. Choose today to be selfless, and in doing so, help others to have hope by your actions of love, forgiveness, and compassion. Let Christ shine brightly through you today!

Galations 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Pursue, overtake and recover all!

We are a people of restoration. In 1 Samuel 30:8, God told David to pursue, overtake and recover all.  There are things that all of us have lost due to past mistakes, failures, and/or satanic attacks. We must have the same passion and trust that David had in God. If we trust God in this season, we will be able to recover what was lost in a past season. However, there will be things you will never recover if you don’t aggressively pursue them. Decide today to partner with God and boldly pursue, overtake and recover all that God has for you and your family!
