Let your light shine

Jesus declared in John 9:5 – “While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” And in Matthew 5:14, He says, “You are the light of the world.” So, in Christ, we are light to this world. In the Scriptures, light means various things, such as: Something revealed; An unveiling of truth; Enlightenment; God’s Presence. In Psalms 119: 105, King David said: “Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path. God’s word gave King David wisdom to be able effectively walk with God. Verse 130 says: The entrance of your word gives light (revelation). As we walk in His word, we will truly be “the light of the world, and people will see Jesus in and through us!
