We have a great promise in Hebrews 13: 5, 6. This promise gives us great confidence, great joy, great peace, great expectation. It gives us great hope for the future! It secures our eternity. It removes any fears from our hearts. Here is what it says: “Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?” (Hebrews 13: 5,6 NLT) As we go through this difficult season, remember that He never fails. He never abandons us. He is our helper. He is with us, and if God be with us, who (or what) can be successful against us?
