How are you treating others?

The Lord Jesus brought in a different paradigm than people were used to. Those in power mistreated their subordinates. They expected others to treat them well just because  they were in power and had more money than most. However, Jesus taught that if you want to be great, then you must serve. Also, if you wanted to be treated well, you must treat others well. That’s not the way the world works. Yet, God instructs His people to  model His love in the midst of this mindset. We are to be kingdom trendsetters. We need to show others how to lead like Jesus, by serving others. In that way, we are reflecting Jesus and displaying the love and values that Jesus shared in His earthly ministry. Do you need to be treated well before you treat others well? It’s time to act like kingdom citizens! You be the change that you want to see in others.
