The highest blessing: Christ in you!

The Apostle Paul understood by revelation that in Christ, we are already blessed with all spiritual blessings. The Greek word for blessed (eulogeo) in this verse  speaks of causing someone to prosper, to make one happy, to speak well of. The Apostle let us know that in Christ, we are not attempting to get blessed, or begging God to bless us. He is our loving Heavenly Father, and it pleased Him to bless us in Christ. But the highest blessing, or the true riches that He gave us is found in Colossians 1:27:  ”To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory”. The true, lasting riches is Christ in you. If you have Christ in you, you have everything, and you are truly blessed beyond measure. He is the one that meets all your needs, according to His riches in Glory. Through Him, we are born again into the family of God. We are adopted into the Royal family, and as you know, the ones who get the inheritance are the sons and daughters!

Ephesians 1:3 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ”

What an amazing truth: You have been accepted!

What a wonderful truth! God in Christ blessed us by His grace with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places. It was He that chose us. He reached out to us. He loved us and revealed His love on the cross. It was He Who adopted us into His family. It was He that accepted us in the Beloved. He gave us this wonderful grace freely. Today, choose to walk in this joy and freedom. Allow His grace to free you from any emotional bondage and stress. You are a child of the King. That makes you a prince or princess. You are part of the Royal Priesthood so your provision and authority comes from above, not from this earth. Walk as a child of the King!

Ephesians 1:6 (NKJV) “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us (bestowed grace upon us) accepted in the Beloved.”

Ephesians 1:6 (ERV) And this brings praise to God because of his wonderful grace. God gave that grace to us freely. He gave us that grace in Christ, the one he loves
