The Day After!

That’s right! Christmas is over! The mad rush to buy gifts, the family get-togethers, the stress of receiving many guests into your home, the cooking, the cleaning, and now, comes the clean-up! These holidays can be truly overwhelming.  So what does one do the day after? Well, for the Christian, we do the same thing today. “This is the day that Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalms 118:24)” “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth (Psalms 34:1).” For the Christian, Christmas is not just a holiday. It is a lifestyle. We celebrate the Lord Jesus every day. We have a daily “attitude of gratitude.”  So in reality, for us, Christmas is a daily reality!. Let the celebration continue…………

.Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

Merry Christmas! A Christmas thought from Pastor Victor

When we think about Christmas, we think about generosity, love, family, sharing with others, joy and peace among other things. We become givers. We share with others in a way that we usually do not share throughout the year. However, the greatest giver is God Himself. John 3:16 reminds us of this fact: “For God so loved the world that He GAVE…… He gave the BEST. He gave of Himself. He gave Himself for all of humanity. He gave because He loves us. The true essence of Christmas is realized in John 3:16. He gave so that we could have life, and life in abundance. My prayer for you on this day is that you enjoy the life, liberty, freedom, joy and peace that God has so richly blessed us with. May you experience His love so profoundly that it will overflow to your family and friends. May you experience the Christ of Christmas,  With love and respect always, Pastor Victor Nazario.  MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

.John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whoever would believe in Him would not perish, but have everlasting life.”
