Hold on to this. It is your life!

I always remember that famous quote: “When the student is ready, the teacher will show up.” That is certainly true of Almighty God. He is always ready to teach us by His Spirit. He is ready to guide us on straight paths. Proverbs 4: 11-13 says: “I am teaching you the way of wisdom; I am guiding you on straight paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hindered; when you run, you will not stumble. Hold on to instruction; don’t let go. Guard it, for it is your life.” He is ready to teach and guide us. However, it is our responsibility to take the steps. It is our responsibility to run our race. Just as long as we hold on to His instructions, He will guide us through any and all challenges life throws our way, and believe me, there will always be challenges along the way. But this one thing is true: God’s promises are bigger than your adversity. Remember: Hold on to His instruction. Guard it, for it is our life!

Proverbs 4: 11-13 says: “I am teaching you the way of wisdom; I am guiding you on straight paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hindered; when you run, you will not stumble. Hold on to instruction; don’t let go. Guard it, for it is your life.”

He is ready. What are you waiting for?

There are many “potholes” and detours in life, but God wants to help guide and direct us so that we could avoid any unnecessary pitfalls or deviations from our purpose. I recommend that you read the following 2 verses various times and apply them to you. Psalm 32: 8,9 (TPT) “I hear the Lord saying, “I will stay close to you, instructing and guiding you along the pathway for your life. I will advise you along the way and lead you forth with my eyes as your guide. So don’t make it difficult; don’t be stubborn when I take you where you’ve not been before. Don’t make me tug you and pull you along. Just come with me!” God invites you to journey together with Him. So many people have journeyed through life without God and at the latter portion of their lives they have realized the huge mistake they have made in not asking God to journey with them. Don’t make that same mistake. He is waiting for you. What are you waiting for?
