Grace and Peace!
As we gather today with our friends and family members in fellowship, food and celebration, let us not forget to prioritize an attitude of gratitude to the Heavenly Father. The Lord Jesus taught us that as we pray, we are to begin and finish our daily prayer in praise to the Father. The world may practice gratitude one day a year, but for us, gratitude and thanksgiving is part of our daily lives.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says: “In every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.“
I pray that you take time to see the many blessings that God has bestowed to us in Christ Jesus. While the majority complain about trivial and unimportant things, let us be grateful and thankful for all that God has done and continues to do. Have a blessed, joyful and peaceful Thanksgiving day and holiday season.
Love and respect always,
