God had promised Abraham that he and Sarah would have a son and He would make him a father of many nations through that son. The challenge was that he and Sarah were in their upper nineties. Even though Abraham realized that this was impossible in the natural, He still believed God. He did not waver at His promise. He was fully convinced that God would do what He promised. The book of Romans reveals just how thoroughly Abraham believed God: Romans 4: 20-22 “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Abraham gave glory to God by believing God’s promises. He also received his “miracle son” by faith. What “miracle” are you asking God for? The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He gave Abraham a miracle that is still being spoken about today! Be like Abraham and be strengthened in your faith. Know that what God promises, He is well able to perform. Your miracle is on its way!

Dios le había prometido a Abraham que él y Sarah tendrían un hijo y lo haría padre de muchas naciones a través de ese hijo. El desafío era que él y Sarah tenían más de noventa años. Aunque Abraham se dio cuenta de que esto era imposible en lo natural, todavía creía en Dios. No titubeó ante su promesa. Estaba completamente convencido de que Dios haría lo que prometió. El libro de Romanos revela cuán profundamente creyó Abraham a Dios: Romanos 4: 20-22 “Tampoco dudó, por incredulidad, de la promesa de Dios, sino que se fortaleció en la fe y dio gloria a Dios, plenamente convencido de que Dios era también poderoso para hacer todo lo que había prometido. Por eso su fe se le tomó en cuenta como justicia.”. Abraham dio gloria a Dios al creer las promesas de Dios. También recibió a su “hijo milagroso” por fe. ¿Qué “milagro” le está pidiendo a Dios? “El Señor es el mismo ayer, hoy y para siempre (Hebreos 13: 8) ¡Le dio a Abraham un milagro del que todavía se habla hoy! Sé como Abraham y fortalecete en tu fe. Sabe que lo que Dios promete, Él está bien capaz de realizar ¡Tu milagro está en camino!
