In Genesis 11, God spoke of the power of unity. He recognized that those who were building the tower of Babel were united, and because of that, nothing would be impossible for them. Unity is a powerful principle. Psalms 133:1 says Behold how good and pleasant it is when brethren dwell together in unity. That is why the enemy is always pushing disunity and division. A house divided cannot stand. Ephesians 4:3 says: “Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace”. This is why we must guard our unity among our families and in our churches. Above all, our unity with God is paramount. Are you unified around God’s purposes, or are you lacking the unity of the spirit in your life? It’s time to seek the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace!
Genesis 11:6 “Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them!”
