Do you have an “order” problem?

In the Pauline Epistles, we can learn a lot about early church life and practice. The Epistles served as an instruction manual for the early church.  1 Corinthians 14:33 in the Amplified version says:  “For He [Who is the source of their prophesying] is not a God of confusion and disorder but of peace and order. As [is the practice] in all the churches of the saints (God’s people),” We can see that confusion and disorder is not of God. Paul said that the practice of the early church was peace and order. So in every area of church and personal life, they strived to live and serve in peace, and they submitted to the scriptures which that gave them divine and practical order. Order is the first law of Heaven. If the earth were a little further from the sun, life would cease to exist on Earth. It was placed in the exact orbit and distance from the sun just to give the right amount of sunlight and heat. Order creates peace. When we know where everything is, everything is easier and less stressful. Today, be reminded that one of your main goals in life is to get everything in your life in order. My wife says: “A place for everything, and everything in its place.” And most importantly, our spiritual life must be in order, with the Lord Jesus in the center of your heart! If you do that, confusion and disorder will disappear from your life!

This is full of revelation!

One of God’s many characteristics is that He is very generous. You can see that in all of creation. Just look at the forests, the rain, the ocean, etc. He is also very generous in wisdom. Proverbs 2:6 (TPT) says: “Wisdom is a gift from a generous God, and every word he speaks is full of revelation and becomes a fountain of understanding within you.” If we ask God for wisdom, He will give it abundantly (James 1:5). Every word He gives us if full of revelation. Did you get that? This is why it is so important to read a verse or two, then stop and think about what was written. You will find that when you meditate or think about what you just read, the Holy Spirit will begin to give a you deeper understanding of what is hidden in those verses. Never rush when you are studying God’s word. Take your time because when you do, more revelation will come forth. His word is a fountain of understanding. And to those that love and desire knowledge from above, God will generously grant it to you. Remember, God’s word contains life, purpose, joy, peace, confidence, strategies and power to overcome any challenge or obstacle you might be facing. Be like David, who loved God’s word. It was said of David, “He is a man after God’s own heart.” What will they say about you?
