God dropped a bomb on false witnesses!

There is a clear distinction between a person of integrity and a false witness. Proverbs 12:17 says: “He who speaks truth declares righteousness, but a false witness, deceit”. It is true deception to think that one can fool God. One might be able to temporarily fool another person, but ultimately a false witness will reap what they sow. When we endeavor to speak truthfully and honestly, God calls that righteousness! When one knowingly lies about another person, God calls that a false witness. In Proverbs 6: 16 -19, the Proverbist reveals that God calls a false witness an abomination. Wow! This is something that we must stay away from no matter what. Determine this day to speak righteously. You will be on God’s side!

This will cause you to flourish!

The word trust means: an assured reliance on someone or something; One in which confidence is placed. In Proverbs 11:28, The proverbist reveals that the one who trusts in his riches will fall. When we place trust or confidence in riches, we are placing confidence on something that might be here today, but  gone tomorrow. Proverbs 23:5 -“In the blink of an eye wealth disappears, for it will sprout wings and fly away like an eagle”.

The righteous however, place their trust in the Lord. He is faithful, and His promises are worthy of trust. Refocus your trust in the Lord today. He will never fail you, and He will cause you to flourish!

Proverbs 11:28He who trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like foliage.
