Let us go to the house of the Lord!

It’s the Lords day! This past week, you have celebrated with family and friends. You have enjoyed sumptuous meals. Now it’s time to go and thank the one who gave you life, salvation, healing, provision, protection, wisdom, mercy, goodness, and joy. Are you passionate for the house of the Lord? King David said:  “I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the house of the Lord” (Psalms 122:1). Let us go to worship Him and let Him know how thankful we are for all that He has done for us.

Psalms 100:4 “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name”.

Will you still be grateful?

Now that all of the Thanksgiving celebrations are finished. All of the dishes have been washed and put away. The guests are gone. We’re back to our normal schedules. Will that same spirit of gratitude remain with you, or did it leave you as you entered into a new day? As a reminder, thanksgiving is not just a holiday. It is a way of life. Be thankful today and every day!

Psalms 118:24 “This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it”

Psalms 30:12 “To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever.
