It is easy to get overwhelmed during seasons of crisis, especially during a time like this when there is so much upheaval. However, during times like this, we would be wise to remember that God can do wonderful things in our lives even during these crises. Rom 8:28 (NIV) says: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose”. Now is not the time to allow your faith and confidence in God and His word to falter. Now is not the time to give in to the lies of the enemy. The word love in this verse is the greek word agapao, which means to manifest love, even in a social or moral sense. So that means that even during a crisis, God’s love can shine in and through us as we interact socially with our family, friends and community. Allow God’s love to flow through you in this season.
1 Corinthians 13:7 “Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance”
