Part 2. It is in the church that you learn to deal with hurts, offenses and misunderstandings, and that will be painful, but very beneficial because life has its difficult moments, and all of us need to learn how to deal with pain. As you learn how to deal with pain and difficulty, God will then be able to promote you so you can deal with even more difficult challenges and obtain greater victories. Ministry cannot exist without pain. Your level of resistance to pain will determine your level of growth and success in life and ministry, and this is all cultivated in the local church.
